Ground-floor apartments have gardens, all others have at least one large balcony. The outdoor appurtenances are all equipped with an extendable table, chairs, and a wash basin for washing swimwear.
All apartments are equipped with:

- kitchen are provided with dishes and cookware
The facility is equipped with an elevator, bicycle rack.
Mattress and pillow covers are handed out at check in.
Bed and bath linens are not included.
Dogs and cats are permitted.
Some apartments allow disabled access.
There are supermarkets and discount stores nearby.
On the seafront, about 100 meters from the apartments, is the “Rivabella” chalet, which reserves discounted rates for our guests.
